As a registered delegate your name and contact details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (in the conference pack and on a search facility on our website accessible by a password) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. If you do not wish your details to be included on the delegate list please contact us in writing.
By entering your details, you agree to allow MEED, Emap Ltd and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive mailings from other carefully selected companies please contact us in writing. |

| Online Networking |

| Cancellations / Substitutions |
| We appreciate that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know within five working days of the conference in writing to confirm this. Should substitution not be possible we can of course offer a voucher (provided cancellation is made no later than two weeks prior to the event) which you can use for another event within six months of cancellation. |

| Payment |
| Bookings made prior to the event must be paid in full to guarantee your registration. Full payment must be received prior to the event or credit card payment will be required on the day. Your booking is not secure until it is paid. |

| Early Bird Rate |
| In order to qualify for any of the above early bird rates, your booking and payment must be received before the deadline date listed on the brochure. To avoid missing this, we recommend securing payment with a credit card on registration. |

| We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements. |

The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation, coffee/refreshment breaks, lunch and evening reception.
MEED reserves the right to make alterations to the conferences programme, venue and timings at any time. |
