| By entering your details, you agree to allow MEED, Emap Communications and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications please contact us in writing.
As a registered delegate your name and contact details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (in the conference pack and on a search facility on our website accessible by a password) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. |

| Cancellations / Substitutions |
|
Cancellations made before 4th May 2008 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total. Cancellations made between this date and 18th May 2008 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made after 18th May 2008 will be charged the full invoice total. A substitute delegate can be arranged, but must be registered 48 hours prior to the conference. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card.
Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. |

| Booking Conditions |
| FULL RATE: All bookings received after 18 April 2008 will be charged at the full rate and payment or credit card guarantee must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will not be permitted into the conference. |

Accommodation is limited, please book as soon as possible. |

| Dietary Requirements |
| We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements. |

| The conference fee covers entrance to all sessions, conference documentation and available papers, coffee/refreshment breaks and lunch and evening reception. |
