About the Masterclass
This practical masterclass will provide you with an introduction to PPP’s including an explanation of the different structures and the benefits and pitfalls of each. You’ll investigate project finance structuring methods and the financial drivers behind these various structures. And you’ll also be exposed to best practice approaches to risk management, key procurement strategies and tending processes to ensure the success of the project.
