The Saudi Arabian EPC Projects 2011 conference is designed to address the needs of major clients, EPC contractors, FEED consultants, engineering firms, sub contractors, equipment and technology providers, financiers and legal counsels involved with the challenge of procuring and delivering world-class projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Introduction to our Co-Organiser – Saudi Council of Engineers
 The statute of Saudi Council of Engineers was issued by the Royal Decree M/36 on 26/09/1423 in accordance with Council of Ministers’ Decree no. 226 dated 13/09/1423. Saudi Council of Engineers is a scientific professional body that aims to promote the engineering profession and do whatever may be necessary to develop and upgrade its standards and those practicing it.
The main responsibilities of the Council are setting criteria and standards of practicing and developing this profession including licensure terms and conditions; prescribing necessary rules, regulations, and examinations for professional degrees; preparation and publication of studies and researches; organization of courses, conferences, and symposia relating to the profession; and submission of technical advice in its area of specialization in accordance with regulations approved by the Council’s Board of Directors.
The Council promotes the engineering profession, facilitates engineers and engineering establishments to reach ideal solutions, enhances the level of performance, and encourages innovation and creativity to achieve an internationally recognised position.
